OVERVIEW

OUR FACTORY

At United Food Stuff Factory we make sure that our process is untouched by human hands, as we knew the high level of importance when it comes to sanitation. That is why our water products undergo into a state-of-the-art purification and filtration process, which is certified and meets both the local and global safety standards.

Our water is subjected to rigorous testing by our independent laboratory and exceeds the standards set forth by the Supreme Council of Health.

Our Water

THE 7-STEP PROCESS

These 7-step process features automated filling and capping. It is carefully done, to remove unwanted chemicals and impurities, while additional water treatment is observed to ensure that our clients are distributed with clean, pure and safe drinking water for their whole family.

Multimedia Filtration

is composed of three filtration media, ordered in decreasing porosity. This process enables to trap and retain a far larger number of particles than traditional single media filters.

Carbon Filtration

Activated carbon filtration uses a carbon bed to remove contaminants and impurities through chemical adsorption, trapping pollutant molecules within the carbon's pore structure.

Micro Filtration

filtration is to separate microorganisms and suspended particles from process liquid, this serves as the pre-treatment for other separation process.

Reverse Osmosis

is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles from drinking water.

Polishing Filter

is the process that removes small (usually microscopic) particulate material, or removes very low concentrations of dissolved material from water.

UV Treatment

is the most effective method for disinfecting bacteria from the water. UV rays destroy harmful water pathogens by targeting their genetic core.

Ozonation

is a water treatment process that destroys microorganisms and degrades organic pollutants through the infusion of ozone, a gas produced by subjecting oxygen molecules to high electrical voltage.
